Grindhouse.eu Re-design

I like the colour theme but im not too keen on the logo. Was that your doing or the owner of the site??
 
I understand that you have a whole lot of content to put on the home page, but in your design, there is absolutely no where for your audience's eyes to rest. You must sneak a least a bit of negative space in there so your audience will not be overwhelmed by the amount of content the site has to offer.

Take a look at www.cnn.com. CNN fits more content on its homepage than Grindhouse, but somehow the content is easy to look at and read. CNN.com has expertly crafted negative space all over the place. This is the kind of design you want to go for.
 
I would reserve the sidebar for some size and design settings, so that could be some negative space. However, I would still love to see this coded and up. 🙂
