Ok I need some help with this area. I use alot of Groups on my forum. First there are the special ones for the clan area of the forum. Then of course there are the ones for regular users.

Well lets say you start out in the default registered users group. I want the user to be moved to another group and that group defaulted upon 10 posts reached. But I do not want it to be retroactive. Say when a 50 post user posts that is in one of my special groups makes another post I don't want him/her to be moved. Or even a 5 post user in one of my special groups.

I have an Auto Group mod installed it gives a few options on the group page for min/max posts and such and the option to auto default. I am afraid however that it might screw up the people in the special groups. Are there any other mods out there that you guys know of? I am using phpBB 3.0.5

Thanks for any help or advice on this matter. I hope I explained myself well enough.

Thank you 🙂 If anyone else has ideas I am open for anything 🙂

*drools at the idea of never having to change member's groups to fit their chosen country when/if UW gets big*

I would only have to be mod 😀

You can do it with ranks, just set the ranks, on all set no to special rank, and set number of posts needed to be in group
