Wait a minute! I actually installed one a few days ago although you just can't see it yet as we need to decide on the full purpose of it. I have also spent a while today working on a new page for the site which will hopefully be up by the end of the week.

Alot gets done by the admins that you don't see or even know happens or exists... If you are a well behaved member anyway. I personally spend many hours per day working on various parts of the site, answering many PM's daily from various staff, admins and Team Leaders and bringing up ideas and opinions with the other admins on situations, changes and the direction of this forum. Checking registrations for ban evaders, stopping people using proxies, answering emails from people who forget their login info or other queries. All that happens and you probably don't notice any of it happening. You can't judge a team on just what you see.

All the teams put alot of work in the site and to be honest, all the teams play important parts and it is like a puzzle. We are all different but we join together well and together we are a complete team and help the forum help people in our different ways.

When was the last time Fowler installed a mod? yep awhile ago. Yes the admins are busy all the time but the PT does so much work that is over looked and in my opinion the hardest work on this site. You of all people should understand this cmt

I don't know, I have been looking at all this MOD stuff, it sounds impossible.

If you watch some video tutorials and have a play on a test forum, that is a great way to learn. I learnt mod installation doing trial and error on test forums. Start of with simple mods then move on to more complex ones.
