Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
I was very impressed when I went onto the forum for the first time. You have an
amazing theme. The red goes quite well and it’s good to see that you’re breaking away from the blue trend, which is hard to get away from, but the results when you do look very nice! The two controllers on the side of the forum look really good, and that’s an excellent touch! But when I looked closer, I noticed quite a few errors which you might want to look at fixing up. I’ll provide screenshots so you can see, and you can get them fixed.

While they might be small, they still are quite noticeable, especially the one which has moved to the middle of the page. The blue arrow is where I’m assuming it should be, and the circle you’ll notice the line isn’t straight. This seemed to only happen in Firefox, so it could be a problem on my side, or just the browser.
I really like the flow of the forum too, especially the bottom part of the forum, where the wires connect into the forum. That custom theme you have is amazing, and seems to look the best compared to the other themes you have. Good work in this section.

Site Layout
You have a total of 14 boards
on the index (
doesn’t include sub-boards!) that is a good amount and doesn’t look clustered nor to few boards. The way you’ve layed your boards out is good, but the only comment I have about your categories is that maybe you might find that making Gaming Discussion category above your Gamers Hangout might help with activity. This is because your most active category would be at the top, the place people start when the page loads. But you may like the current layout, there’s nothing wrong with it but it could be next steps.

Statistics and Activity
You have quite a few loyal members who are actively coming back and posting which is a great sign. Make sure you keep them because without them your forum could be very empty. According to my calculations you’re getting on average 32 (rounded up) posts a day, which is pretty good for a forum in a large genre but it should be better. 32 posts should be what one staff member should be trying to do a day, but I know it’s hard in your genre. There are loads of active gaming forums out there which eat up competition! Another fact is that every two days you get around one member, this is good and what is even better is the posts per member. You have an average of 74 posts per member! That’s pretty good and with your select few of active members you will see this get to 100 pretty soon. Your next steps are to generate more activity, get more active members and a good community base. Something you want to make sure you do is keep your content unique. Try stick away from the usual gaming threads like “What sort of console do you use?” Originality will win you more members who want to take part in some unique discussion. Creating new threads daily is something which helps, why? Because there’s always something new to talk about and some threads just end up old.
It’s good to see you have got 10+ threads in each board too (your lowest is 10) which does mean you are generating content and you have people actually replying to them which is an even bigger bonus! It’s just a shame to see most of your posts are in the spam section.

Staff Moderation
Well, your site seems spam free from what I can see. Either your moderation team is doing a good job or you just receive no spam, but in this sector you seem to be doing pretty well in. It’s nice to see you don’t have heaps of staff members; two or three would be fine at the moment. You might want to add another staff member; I see you said you couldn’t get on for a while. When things like this happen, it’s great to have not just one person to look after the forum, but two because the admin tends to post more and just one staff member trying to make up for the owners posting could be hard.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your spelling and grammar seems to be ok, I can’t find any problems but it would be nice to see a little bit more of professionalism. The staff seems to sometimes post quite short posts, but other times long ones, so it does get balanced out, but it is nice to see longer posts than short ones, as it does show the staff is taking their time to post.
