GTA 4?

i got it πŸ˜€

I don't buy a lot of games for realism, like many COD games have unrealistic effects (dieing from a tomahawk in the hand) or Need For Speed where you can crash over the side of a mountain and still drive. I like to buy games for that reason, because it is a game, you can live out what isn't real πŸ˜€

Next year my friend.

LA. Noire this year xD
It was just announced for a 2011 holiday release. I am looking forward to L.A. Noire as well, though.

saints row = blowing people up without realism and a crap story

gta = realism and a really good story
Because games are supposed to be realistic.

Saints Row is more fun than all GTA games combined.

Not to say GTA IV is a bad game, but I have much, MUCH more fun with Saints Row mindless nonsense.

Where is your proof? πŸ™‚

Eh, thing is I just can't take the GTA series seriously, don't think it really needs to be that way. Goofiness would go terrible with games that have strong storylines (ala Heavy Rain or Alan Wake) but with a game where I'm going around as a gangster screwing around half the time I'd rather have fun than realism.

If GTA was more realistic, we'd be spending time getting raped in prison than actually playing. realism =/= good, just look at generic fps #105 vs. bulletstorm.
alan wake was the crappiest game ever. It was so cool until i found out that I had to use a flash light to kill people. That put it right back in the box πŸ˜›

The early GTAs were not at all realistic btw. Especially san andreas. that was just insane. You had to kill the government agent that lived alone on an airfield and then rob a casino by yourself, and then the whole plane missions dont even get me started. VC is still my favorite because i liked the story lines and it was really fun. it wasnt that realistic obviously though.

IV was just more realistic in terms fo the combat system, the storylines themselves, etc. you could still blow everyone up if you want to, just this time you didnt get equiped with a fighter jet and a tank and a flamethrower πŸ˜›

I personally liked the new GTA. However, my favorite is still San Andreas

Yeah exactly, i want that fighter jet and tank and flamethrower πŸ˜›

I really just loved the free roam in this game. I wish you could do more though.
