This is my own service, I've been very successfuil with it, and allows keep my word. I'm very professional when it comes down to exchanges.
This is my activity for activity exchange. What it means, is, we both join each others forum, and everyone day or two, we log on and post, doesn't really matter what number 1 to 5 posts if need be.
All i ask is no spam, use complete sentences, and don't log on just to bump your Ad thread, it's allowed, but i won't consider just that part of the deal. and, please, don't announce this exchange in your introduction, be professional. You'll see if you go through with this, i put in th eextra work for you.
I have 2 Ad section, one for basic, and one for my active members. here's the link to shopw i i keep up with these forums on a daily basisi.

as long as you can show up, and post, once i see youtr name on my "Active Users in the Past 24 Hours" Box ... that's when i know you've arrived that day, and EVERY SINGLE night, i go by that list, then go down my member forums list of their sites, and go and post, and i always leave topics and post worthy of discussion to get other members involved.
Plus, i take the time to welcome EVERY NEW member YOU have on your forum, no simple "welcome" post, i try and make your new members feel welcomed as well.
Just take the time to click my link, look around, ans see if you'd be interested, and make sure you can find sections you'd be interested in as well, it's a Brawl Forum, but only one Section is about Brawl.
