GZip Compression

I'm using My BB 1.6 and on the forum it gives me the option to use GZip Compression. I'm wondering, should I enable it and if so what are the best settings should I use?

If you are not near your bandwidth limit then you don't really have any need for it. When enabled it reduces bandwidth use although increase CPU usage. You need to weigh up which is better for you.
