I think I scared the bots when I advertised on twitter 23 people came on from only have 3 people on.

So its true, using twitter really does work.

Nice, twitter does work if you are being followed by the right people. Using these 'Get 1000 free followers' sites wont be the right people.

I'm using Twitter as well. Don't update as often as I probably should, but I still manage to get a few updates and popular topics every now and again. I suppose when the bots see 30 some guests on, they probably think that those thirty some people are actually staff members ready to ban on sight or something like that.

You can get upwards of 300 people if you advertise on bux.to.

It costs money though unless you have enough credits to buy ads.

It works. I have 250 followers and every time I tweet I get some visitors (boosting the "Who was here" with guests, lol)

Just an FYI when advertising on twitter half of those "guests" are just bots either from Google and or Twitter itself. You didn't get 23 people right off the bat, Unless your like someone of Dr Pepper etc.. They just never registered as a Guest/bot.

Well if its a actual person it could otherwise no, its Twitter bots and such. If you do get a member check it out to make sure its not a spam bot. ^_^
