I've personally never heard of the software, however I have had a look just now and it looks quite interesting. I'm going to test it out locally and see what I think of it. I'll let you know what I think of it!

It is one of the latest system with latest coding standards...only thing is it is very badly designed ...and UI is pretty cluttered..

It really needs a lot of work, but if the development is stable, a better release is always possible. Nevertheless, it's not gonna be appeasing for a while. Since it's a personal blog, you could always give it a shot.
