Hairdressing prices opinions

I wondered what you guys thought of mobile hairdressing prices? Would you rather pay and have the service at home or pay more at the salon?

I'd rather go out, make a day of it. I also normally take my son with me to get his hair done.
But it's good cos we grab lunch and have some father-son time. My wife does the same with our daughters.

I would rather go to a salon. I would have to clean up my house, provide a place to cut the hair, then worry about it getting everywhere if they came to my house Plus, at a salon, it has that salon smell.

EDIT: Just realized, I don't get what I mean by "my house", I don't have one. Haha!

You're quite right, the salon has a very vibrant atmosphere and that can't be re-created at home! And yes the clean up is much harder at home! I personally like to work at the salon for these reasons, but find the mobile service easier for some clients with anxiety etc! Thankyou very much for your feedback!

It doesn't matter where you go it's how you feel and if the end results are good. Like who wants to go to an crap place and get an bad job? unless you are an turnip or she is hot. I tend to go out and have mind done and just relax and talk
