Hallowen Splash Page design

I was wondering if anyone can design an splash page intro to my GamingLegacy website.

Just make it like an Halloween theme add some pumpkins, Ghosts ect.. and make the Text GamingLegacy like a spooky text ect.. And have it say this..

Also make it rather big so it can somewhat fit the screen of a webpage 🙂
