Number Of Members - 47
47, well 48 members now because I've just registered. Anyway, 48 members isn't a bad amount, although you have been open over a year so it should be slightly better, but i do know that halo is a very popular game, so you probably have a lot of competition with other forums. So i can understand why you haven't got that many members just yet.
Number Of Active Members - 25
25 active members out of 48 is quite good. Obviously it's not excellent but it's over average I'd say. I see that from members 35 onwards, there are no active members, which is OK but just a bit weird to see how they joined but didn't post. Unless those members of course were doing a registration exchange with you.
Number Of Posts - 295
295 posts is below average I'd say. You don't have many posts at all, considering you have been open over a year and you have over 45 members. You should have at least 480 posts by now in my opinion. That should not be a struggle either as each post a member makes, you should reply to it, which will be giving the forum 2 posts a time.
Appearance
Appearance is poor. There a few things i don't like however. The banner, well the little picture is dull and boring. You should have a banner not a little picture that looks like it has been taken from Google images. The Board Navigation links are also wrong, they should all look the same, not some links blue and some black. The first letter of the link should also be a capital letter. The Links section is quite unorganized, you should rezie all of the pictures to the same dimensions, it would give the Links section a more professional look. The Welcome message is very bad, just "Halogalaxy, pwning the galaxy one noob at a time." isn't giving your forum any credit at all, it doesn't even say welcome in that sentence! Also, i for one have never been a fan of the chatbox's on portals. I think they make the forum look ugly and un-professional.
Layout
Layout is good. The theme itself is quite nice, although I'm not sure about how the forums are layed out, i don't really like how the forum stats are below the forum description, although I'm sure i could get used to it. The banner/logo could be positioned better too, but i have already mentioned that above, so there is no need to get into that again. Other than that, i cant see anything wrong with the layout.
Moderation
Moderation seems OK. Although i cant see many of your other staff members posts around the forum. YukonMaster himself only has 7 posts which is not very good considering he is staff at your forum and well known.
Activity
Activity seems quite poor, not a very good amount of members although i can understand why as explained above. Not a good amount of posts either though, you should really try and change the appearance of your forum, as i always think a professional looking forum will get more members and posts than a horrible looking one, I'm not saying your forum looks horrible, I'm just saying the appearance isn't nice.
Overall Mark (Out Of 100)
60 - Overall your forum is OK. The main let down is the appearance, you should change the appearance of your forum as soon as possible as i believe that is one of the main reasons your forum is not active. You should also try doing post exchanges and registration exchanges so our forum looks more active, because hardly anyone wants to join a inactive forum.
