Hardest question on applications

What questions on forum/website/blog staff applications do you find to be the most difficult to answer?
I always find the "Why do you want to be staff here" and questions of such nature to be the hardest. If you write "because I want a ___ job" then it could seem like you just want a job and care nothing about the forum, whereas if you write "Because I love this site, it's members, and the staff" or something like that then you could come off sounding corny or just odd..

Ive never applied to be a staff member (that I can remember). Ive always been offered a position.

Most of those questions people come up with will get B.S. answers anyway.

Same applies to me as well. I always thought the same way about those questions as well. The only person who would actively apply to be staff on a forum is usually someone is bored and looking for something to do and not want to actually help anyone out as they would ditch you the moment something more interesting grabs their attention or at least that's how I saw it.

We used to have a staff app board; we trashed it.

We never went to it to get candidates anyway. It was just utterly pointless. But that was just for our forum. Might be different for others.
