Maybe Rowling forgot about this movie? I wonder if the Camera Man is part of Voldemort's team.

There are mistakes in any large film and frankly when i saw it a LONG time ago I didn't notice. Even if I did, not that big of a deal. Film makers will often put camera's in the frame but hide them in a creative way. They didn't with this one but whatever.
