First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
-The first thing I noticed was a huge gap. There is a large space between the top, where it has the "Log In" and "Register" links, and the banner. Take that space out, move the banner and everything else up to fill in that space.
-The information box under the banner would look better if it had more than one color text. For example, make the title pink, like the forums below (Pink title, blue text).
-I like the theme. You have integrated everything. The banner, text, and colors all fit in nicely with the default theme choice. It has a nice, clean, complete look to it.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
-The overall organization of the forums is perfect. You have it separated into Information, Harvest Moon Discussions, RPG Information, RPG, and General Discussions. Everything is where it needs to be, and nothing is out of place.
-The information module under the banner would be better placed under the login module. It makes things more accessible for registered members and potential members.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

-On an average day, the forum gets 172 posts. That is a great post-per-day count for a RP forum. It means the RPGs are all active, and members are coming to play.
-The average member has 98 posts. That is a huge number, considering the forum has barely been open a month. Everyone is taking part in the RPGs and other discussions.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
-Two administrators is a good amount for a forum like this one. Enough to take care of just about everything, but not too many as to cramp the forum.
-I would suggest adding another moderator. I feel like since there is so much posting going on, two is better than one. One moderator cannot always be there.
