In order to promote a technology-related blog, which one do you consider is best? And more important why?

Twitter by far, I do a lot of promoting on twitter and I always find that the tech and science related content will always gain more clicks and attention, not to mention retweets sometimes by automated accounts just make sure you use hashtags for them, and this helps with gaining even more traffic and getting your blog seen.
