Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I see when I load your site is that you don't really have much of a banner. It's basically just a text heading with the title of your forum. I would definitely recommend making a banner or having one made for you. The rest of the theme looks decent, but I think there are a couple things that could be changed to make it even better. First of all, I think that the folder images (no new posts/new posts) would look better with a red background. When a forum doesn't have any new posts, the image could have a very dark red background. When a forum has new posts, the image could have a very bright red background. Your current folder images just look a bit out of place if you ask me. I would also recommend changing the background of the table that says, "What's going on?" to a red color. It currently looks out of place as well. If you make these changes, I think your theme will look awesome! You have chosen a very professional-looking theme that still has some eye appeal.
Your forum's statistics also look pretty good at a glance. You don't have any empty forums. You also have a decent amount of posts and members. The only thing that's slightly off-putting is that only five members have visited in the past twenty-four hours.
Overall, my first impression was slightly positive.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout is concise and organized, but the focus doesn't seem to be on the main theme of your site. In other words, your "General Forums" category is much larger than your "Main Hatvertise Forums" category. To fix this problem, I would recommend moving your "Business Forums" forum to the "Main Hatvertise Forums" category. I would also recommend moving "Site/Forum/Blog Promotion" to the "Main Hatvertise Forums" category. Thirdly, I would recommend moving "Member Introductions" to the "Hatvertise - News & Information" category (having a new member is newsworthy).
😉 This will leave you with three forums in your top category, four forums in your main category, and three forums in your general category. This new layout will put more focus on the central theme of your site.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum receives an average of approximately fifteen posts per day. There is definitely room for improvement in your activity. Since your forum is still relatively new, post exchanges are still an option to boost your activity. I would also recommend registering on several promotion forums to advertise your site; members interested in advertisement often use promotion forums to find even more forums focused on advertisement. However, I think that if you clean up some of the other issues pointed out in the other areas of this review, your forum will look more attractive to prospective members. This will make them more likely to join and post.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Your forum currently employs two administrators and four super moderators. I believe your forum is a bit overstaffed for its activity level. Several of your staff members also appear to be inactive on your forum; many of them have less than one post per day! I think it may be time to let go of some of the more inactive staff members. Having staff members who don't frequently contribute can make your forum look neglected. They are moderators, so they should be active on the forum, right? If you let the inactive staff members go, I wouldn't recommend hiring anybody to replace them. Your forum doesn't require very many staff members for right now.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your descriptions aren't exactly professional at the moment. First of all, I would recommend changing your descriptions to make it sound like your forum can really help attract traffic to a site. Your current descriptions don't make your forum sound useful. You also have several grammar mistakes on your forum's index. Since I would like to see some of your descriptions changed, I'm not going to talk about grammar right now. If you take my advice and change your descriptions a bit, though, we can talk about grammar in a follow-up review.
