Have any competitive keywords on the first page of Google?

Do you have any competitive keywords for your niche on the first page of Google? Was it hard to get there? Did you have any struggles along the way?

I use competitive keywords like Konsult and Hub but when you go to Google search and type the words "Konsult Hub", you will see my site appearing on the very first page if not all results. Its all about playing a good SEO game and you are done.

I got to the first page of google for medium competition keywords in less than 2 weeks. Right now I am trying to rank for some of the most competitive keywords in the world. I can only rank as high as 240.

I use the word GeekStep Forum. GeekStep was originally a hosting company (not related to us anyway), but if you search 'GeekStep', the old hosting company is not first in search, but my forum, GeekStep is also a music, but my forum beats the ranking of that too.

I'm ranking pretty high for offshore hosting.
I built these links naturally and just used offshore hosting when backlinking etc...
On site seo is only a small part but it helps.

I'm worrying how you ranked using same anchor text, it doesn't look natural.
