Have you demoted staff before?

I don't think I have demoted staff before or if I did it was a long, long time ago. On my forum, my staff members have been quite good.

Not as of yet. They're quite active and do their job, as expected. Demoting staff could turn out to be a difficult experience in the long run. Hope I never have to resort to going down this route in the future. 😛

I have before on forums that I was an admin at. Mainly because they wanted to resign.

I have demoted a few people but all but one of them were because of a resignation so I would not totally call it a "demotion". The one I demoted was inactive so I simply said "goodbye" and I don't think they ever read my message despite them logging back in. 😛
