I have been banned from other advertising forums because they were immature and felt that if I continued to advertise my forum (Forum Advertizer) there, the members would join up at my site and never come back to his. He said I was stealing his members. I just laughed about it, didnt let it get to me.

Been banned from plenty of forums in my time. Mostly because the Admins turn out to be power-hungry 13 year olds who get kicks from clicking the Ban button. ~mad~

Yes, but not many lifetime bans. Sometimes the bans were just mods abusing their powers. Got banned for a month for saying that I didn't think it was right for a mod to constantly say 'old' in topics...

Once, and it was a important forum for me because me as PHP Freelancer I get a lot of jobs there. It's a long story, a friend of me has a domain with his name and was also on that forum and I was using a email of his domain and boom, they though it was a duplicated account and banned :S We tried to get unbanned but unfortunately..🙁

From a forum that I was a member in good standing on for four years, because the corrupt staff decided that they didn't like me.

Now, some people from there try and cause drama on my forum. Pretty classless.

Welcome to the internet.

Unfortunately this is very common with lots of communities. In the wide majority of circumstances people look for power, whether it be a high post count or something else. Once they feel at the top of the food-chain on their most visited forum, it becomes very easy for them to pick and choose who they want to visit the forums, even though they don't actually own it.

As for them coming to your forum to cause trouble, well that's just immature of them. There's not a lot you can do other than ban them and hope they get bored. ~neutral~

I've never been banned on anykind of forum, ever. I usaully dont mess up that much to be banned, even for a day or an hour.

Oh yeah, got banned from this hacker forum for spamming them, but got into another hackers forum and actually learned some stuff from them, hacking is hard. -__-

I got banned from many, I dont know how many, I gave up counting.
