Have you ever put yourself on a diet plan? Did it work? What happened after?
Personally, I've found that diets actually do not work. They may give you results in the short term however after you stop doing that program then your weight comes back (and sometimes more).
Diets do not work eating right helps cutting sugar/fat helps and exercise helps
Never been on a diet but still lost 4 stone by watching what I eat and lots of long walks

This is what I'm doing now as well! I'm actually doing a Whole30 program which is more like a cleanse than a diet. They emphasize on eating meat, vegetables, good fats, and fruit. No dairy, grains, etc. I've been going for walks daily. My goal is to be able to do 20K steps/day comfortable. So far I'm averaging 10-16K per day not quite but I will get there eventually. 🙂
I've never been on a diet. Right now, I get to eat anything and I don't have to worry about gaining weight from it. As I get older, I'm sure I'll have to be on a diet at some point. 😛
I don't think I COULD be on a diet. So many sweets and yummy things that are quite unhealthy. 😛
However I don't drink all that much soda, I tend to stay away from all the sweets and food I used to eat so in a way it could be a diet, just my own kind of diet.
Yes I have been on a diet before and I still continue to eat fairly clean. When I was weight lifting I would follow a VERY strict diet. Now, I'm not 'as' strict but I try to be conscious of what I'm putting in my body.
I've tried to do it before but it's literally impossible at my house. My parents never buy healthy food and I can't get a job until next year to be able to buy my own. It's like a lose-lose situation.
I have once. I tried going on a diet to help me build muscle and upper body strength when I was doing some body building exorcises. I only did it for 6 months and than decided I'd had enough.
