Technical Support: Technical support is very reliable. They respond in a timely manner and fix problems when they arise. I had a DNS issue which I reported to them, and they fixed the issue themselves, rather than telling me what I needed to do or making suggestions.

Pros: Very good bandwidth allocations. Very reliable host. SSL certificate prices are incredible.
Cons: Disk space allocations are a little bit conservative. I also had a couple of issues with their VPS service, but their shared hosting is very good.
