Ok, But if my forum got big I would invest in it, So I will go with Hawk, Any other tips for starting up a forum?? Thanks,
 
Umm there are a lot but you don't need to know all of them. PM me and I can work with you or be your assistant for help if you want.

A VPS isn't needed for just one forum. Not even web hosts usually get VPSs. I'd recommend you get a Shared or Reseller if its just like 5 forums or less.

Depends on the size. When traffic gets huge then it's necessary.
 
Another host to consider is http://DownTownHost.com . Prices are a bit higher but their service is well worth it. Open for around 10 years and they have a great reputation on WHT.

Ok,Thanks But Hawk give 40 per cent off for first payment. So works out very cheap.
 
Whatever works for you. I'm paying around $4 a month right now for DTH's basic plan, well worth the money IMO, coming from a former hawkhost client. Both hosts are good though, you won't go wrong with either.
