Before I even come to your forum, I'm a bit confused. The name "HeartBox.me" isn't really very descriptive of what your forum is about. Judging by your name, I'd assume that your forum is some sort of dating (or maybe a romance role playing) forum. Even when I visted your forum, I wasn't exactly sure what your forum's intended purpose was. You need to make the exact genre and purpose of your forum more clear at a guest's first sight. I'd recommend you add a more descriptive welcome message below the header of your forum. Doing this would ensure that a first time guest would know exactly what your forum is about, and it would also give your forum a little more of a welcoming type feel to it for first time guests.

You have a very good theme, it's very clean and easy on the eyes whenever I look at it. Your theme is one of the better themes I've seen on IPB. Your logo unfortunately doesn't match how clean and easy on the eyes that your theme is. Your logo is rather blurry and some letters (especially the "r" in "Heart") don't look like their intended letters and make the text in the logo very hard to read. I'd recommend that you get a better and more clear logo made to replace your current logo as soon as possible. Someone in the FP Graphics Marketplace should be able to give you a significantly better logo than the one you currently have.
I really like that you use forum icons for your categories. This is a very good and inviting feature that can help break up some of the text and theme color that fill up your index. As good of a feature as this is, I highly recommend that you use a different icon for every section on your index. Doing this adds a good "flare" element to your index so that your index doesn't look repetitive to guests. Looking at the same thing over and over again can get boring, and doing something as simple as adding custom icons unique to every forum can make a major difference.

Site Structure is something that good, but not great on HeartBox.me. First off, you're missing an Announcement forum. I see that you have some sort of feed in between the welcome message and the start of the categories. This is a pretty good, unique approach to avoid having an announcement forum. However, this will clog up your index and increase the top to bottom scrolling speed a lot whenever you get a few announcements in the feed. I'd recommend you keep the feed for your most recent announcement, but also add an announcement forum so you can keep multiple announcements without having a huge feed in your header.

HeartBox.me is a good start thus far. There are definitely some things that you can correct, but nothing seems to me like something that would turn me off from joining your forum. Try to improve upon the things I mentioned, and try to boost activity a little more. Best of luck with your forum.
