Pros
I love the homepage, it has a really nice color and skin, the banner suits the skin as well, and the skin and the banner do not repel each other which is always a good sign on a forum.
I move onto your forum and it has the same skin an color as the homepage and this is good as a lot of forums change the color for the forum and there homepage.
I love your banner it suits the name of your forum and also the theme of your forum, and the hiring sign on the banner shows that you are always updating your banner.
Your activity is okay, but you need to boost up the topics in the boards and also more posts are needed.
Cons
You have too many boards, new forums always add too many boards at the beginning, Instead of having two boards for graphics and coding tutorials, you should merge them together. Do you need to have two boards for articles releases, you should just merge them together. You should merge some of the support boards together especially the ones with no posts. In my opinion you have too many boards, you need to go through your forum with a fine toothcomb and merge a lot of boards together. Some members are put off forums with large amount of boards, and especially when some of them don’t have any posts.
You have 9 staff members way too much for a forum your size and you are looking for more staff members, that will make half your forum staff members, this puts some members off forums. I would suggest on getting rid of some of the staff members, especially some of the administrators, you have three that’s way too much.
You have no rules posted, every forum needs some kind of rules.
You need to spread your topics around the forum make sure every board has posts.
Final/General Thoughts
I think that you rushed the start of your forum, there are too many essential things missing for a start having no rules I a big mistake and having too many staff, with low posts counts.
