HDMI to VGA?

I bought this adapter for my second monitor that has a VGA port so it can connect to my desktop which is all HDMI, however the darn thing won't connect. I checked all the connections and everything is connected, anyone else have suggestions on why it might not be connecting to my desktop?

Does your desktop actually support two monitors? You can't just buy an adapter and cable and hope it works, you need to look at the specs. I have a lot of customers that do the same thing.

Yeah, it supports two monitors.

I figured out Windows 10 is the issue, which kind of sucks because now I have to wait for Microsoft to help. 😛

I don't have that ability. 😛 My old installation folder was deleted when I ran CCleaner, so it doesn't have that ability to downgrade. 😕
