Well, when I look at your site, the first thing I notice is your excellent banner. It looks awesome, and it goes well with the template that you use. The template itself is also fairly awesome. Your stats also look impressive at first glance. You don't have any empty forums, either. My first impression was overwhelmingly positive.

Your site's layout is highly organized. Your index is very concise and everything seems to be in order. Navigating your site is a breeze, and that's the goal of any layout. Excellent.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
According to my rough calculations, your forum currently has less than fifteen posts per day. You also have far less than one new user per day. For a forum that is nearly five years old, these stats are extremely low. Post exchanges are completely worthless to you at this point, so I wouldn't even worry about doing those. I would try to focus on promoting your site in places where people interested in the subject of the site are likely to be. You can try taking advantage of services on active promotion forums. Banner ads are fairly easy to obtain on most promotion forums and get a lot of exposure for your site. You could try advertising your site on other forums like yours. The fact that your site is almost five years old definitely works to your advantage; it tells people that you're probably not going anywhere for a while. I think your forum has a lot of potential as far as activity goes; you just need to work on promoting it.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Your forum currently has two administrators and two moderators. That's fine, as your forum doesn't seem to need any more staff at this point. However, your staff members don't seem to be very active. Only one staff member other than you has one post per day or more. The other two have 0.7 posts per day and 0.2 posts per day. Having staff who do not post often can give the illusion that a forum is not cared for, which can look bad to prospective members. I would encourage your staff members to post more.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
You have a few minor errors as far as grammar goes, but they can be easily overlooked. Most people probably wouldn't even notice them. Your spelling appears to be perfect. I would normally object to profanity on the index, but considering the theme of your site, I think it's okay. ;-) Overall, you do not have any major problems in this area.
