Few months ago I started a forum site over at HealthForums.org. It's a forum site dedicated to discussions about health and wellness related topics.

While your site looks great and has a nice small community, I would submit your site to the main search engines (google, yahoo, bing). This would help you be found better by search engines.

Also there are competing health forums around the net. One I'm on is crazyboards.org. You could check the site out and see how you could make your site unique from theirs.

Always try to find the latest information you can present on your forum so your users know that you are into your topic/niche.

Well my suggestion is if you have too much work, see if you can get some help. You can ask around here I'm sure, or seeming you have vbulletin, there are 2 vbulletin help fourms that I use to know the links but forgot. (it's been 2 years since I've had a vbulletin forum, so I forgot it all).

But do look it up. The information you need is out there. Don't give up. I see you have vbseo. They have a forum too. Always utilize the forums and services available to you. Slowly but surely you will succeed.

Yep, it looks like I'll have to ask for help here at FP. At first, I'll try to clean the forums from all this junk found there, and then do the upgrade to vB 4.

Just letting you know, though I don't know for sure, check with your skin makers, your skin may not be compatable with vb4 so check that out first before you make the move.

One thing I noticed was the slogan. I'm not sure, but I think "wellbeing" would be better than "wellness".

When I opened it up, it was quite bright and probably doesn't suit well for older members who may use the forum.

It's good that your index isn't too long and so now you need to get a few topics going. Maybe make posts about weekly news on health issues. I know in Australia, health is constantly brought up in the news, so making a few topics here and there would definitely help your forum.
