What are you like when you sleep?

Are you a heavy or light sleeper?

Super light sleeper! To the point where noises get incorporated into my dreams and dream me stops and asks, What was that? LOL

does 12 hours in bed a day makes it very heavy 😛

My Fitbit sleep graph resembles a Jackson Pollock painting.

I rarely score over 60 and my 'time asleep' is usually somewhere between 3.5 and 6 hours. My 'deep sleep' averages about 25 minutes so I guess you could say I'm a light sleeper!

I am a heavy sleeper. I wake up to very few things. I have to set ten alarms every morning, and I’ll eventually get up probably about halfway through them going off.

I'm the perfect oxymoron, I'm a heavy sleeping insomniac. I don't get much sleep, a couple of hours a night, but when I'm out, I am OUT.

Heavy sleeper for sure, but I also have trouble sleeping on nights where I know I have to wake up early the next morning because I'm scared I'll sleep through the alarm. I just end up waking up every few hours, checking my phone for the time thinking it's almost time for me to get up, and then closing my eyes again to sleep for another couple hours, only to repeat the process then. Eventually, it just reaches a point where I just wake up or I can't get back to sleep at all, so the days where I do get to sleep in, I'm out like a light.

Light sleeper. Any unanticipated noise will wake me.

I sleep soo hard that no one can't wake me up

Very, very light sleeper. I can and will hear everything around me. I’m good at going back to sleep quickly once I know what it is, but any noise whatsoever will wake me up. I’ve never woken up to an alarm with sounds, I’ve always just used vibrations.

Ima heavy sleeper. There isn’t anything that can wake me up once im in a deep sleep

I'm a heavy sleeper now. But until recently I had a very difficult sleep. I woke up several times every night and sometimes I could not sleep at all. It's good that I found sleeping pills [staff removal of link] and began to return from work faster. My sleep has really improved which is great

I am a light sleeper. Even a slight noise can wake me up. LOL. However, there are instances when I am a heavy sleeper, particularly when I am exhausted from work.

It depends on how tired I am before going to sleep.
If I'm not too tired, I tend to be a light sleeper but if I am rather tired, I tend to be a heavy sleeper.

It really depends but mostly a heavy sleeper.
