Well as zoldos said you get FP from making posts. That FP is then spent on services throughout the forum.
If you are looking to make a lot of FP, i would got to the Forum Cash Exchanges section, there you can make posts on other peoples forums, register on other forums, follow people on twitter, whatever they have you do. And in return they will give you FP.
Or you can head to the graphics section and get paid with FP to make some nice looking graphics.
