Found this site on google while looking for ways to promote my gaming forum. Been digging through existing threads but thought I'd register and introduce myself.

I've been a mod/admin on several forums in the past (one of them a HUGE gaming site but I was only a mod, not the owner on that one). I decided to start my own a few months ago but my promotional plans got sidetracked so here I am looking for alternative ways to get some traffic going. Looking forward to whatever advice you all can give.

Thanks all. I put some info on my forum in the basic promotion section but it's already off the front page. Any help with getting some traffic to that puppy would be appreciated.
