Thats fine Pandaa, and thanks the for PostLoops link but I can't use postloops. I have a PayPal but I don't have a credit card or bank account to link to my paypal to be able to use it.

You don't need either or those things, you can just leave the money in your PayPal and use it for online transactions.

After you get approved, you do $5 worth of posts, then you go to Withdraw and type in your email.
