Awake, just.

I generally use this time of the day (The hour from 7-8am) to catch up on forums so I can work all day without issue. Of course, today I am not working.

Well we just had it installed last Wednesday, and yesterday there was an outage at the headend, no problem, right? It wasn't, until I saw my signal. My signal was perfect before the outage and now it's all messed up and my speeds are off. They are wanting to send a tech out, but I'm saying its not my problem as before the outage it was fine, but after it wasn't.
