It is a group mostly given & rewarded to retired team leaders, administrators and staff members that have done an extraordinary job of helping FP but rarely is given to staff members.

What I meant by "Staff Members" was referring to basic staff such as myself. Staff that are just here to support the community and teams. Team Leaders & Admins are ones that you see get VC a lot. Very very rarely do members get it and retired staff members can get it but it isn't too common. To be honest, I know of only 1 member from the staff that got VC without being a TL or Admin a long time ago and that was 2787cmt.

Personally, I think that the "Completed 289 Packages" in his signature speaks for itself. Mik is one of the best packagers I have ever seen. He definitely deserved it.
Yeah, it is rare for team members to get the rank, but it isn't unheard of. Thanks for mentioning me, but there is also Matthew and pandaa. Also, I think there have been a couple other people before I joined here. 🙂

"I for one congratulate Mik on his VC. Personally, I know he has done a ton for the package team, and the few times I have requested a package, he has done an awesome job. In reality, it is not really your decisions, so I don't think it is fair to really discuss why he got it.
