Jadster, you should put a link to AC in your signature. Maybe then people will stop asking so much. 😉 Also you get a lot more exposure that way.

Cross-country is long distance running though. It has to do with stamina and endurance. This means that it's hard to tell if someone is a good cross-country runner by their appearance.
