Well that is only if you still have a warning. But all warnings wear off after a certain amount of time so I don't think you are affected any more.

Well, hopefully you'll see a position available sometime. I think Hissae2 keeps the applications open and just stores them to ensure that he has backups when needed, so if Eternal says it doesn't matter and your warning is revoked you could go ahead and apply. However it'll probably be a while before a CT position opens up. 🙂

Well, you should check the announcements section regularly.
I hear QJ may start accepting apps for a 3rd CTM soon...
