I am doing fine. Though I could be doing better in relations to controlling pain relating to a bone spur in my left heel.

Yep. And I am currently working on various ways to try to get it to hurt less often.

If that doesn't work you can always extra-wrap yourself in bubble wrap.

I am now trying to get rid of an image of a bubble wrap boy, rolling down the street.

Does it bother you at night? I take tylenol PM for aches and pains and that helps me.

It doesn't bother me too bad in the evening, but getting up in the morning can be painful on occasions.

OK, the only thing I can think of for during the day would be something like IBProfen, Aleve, anything like that. IBProfen works the best for me, though.

That is what I have been doing, plus other things.
