Normally I would but my arthritis was getting sore so better to come home on a good day we walk about ten miles I am also part of a walking club we walk hills ect twice a month

Normally I would but my arthritis was getting sore so better to come home on a good day we walk about ten miles I am also part of a walking club we walk hills ect twice a month
Aw, sorry to hear that. Do you walk (just for exercise) regularly? My mother tends to go down to the mall once a day and spends an hour just walking around.

Yes I walk every day with my dog and as I said I walk with a group twice a week with a rambles group we can walk for up to 8 hours a time

That's good to hear! Not enough people walk/exercise like they should. Even people who are in shape should still walk/run/jog at least once a day.
