In some cases, the person is also a hoarder. I read an article earlier today about a woman who hoarded so much that her floor gave out and she died.

I agree. Man, that's sad to hear about that lady. A life if worth more that a bunch of stuff, even it's the person who owns that stuff.

I've read other articles, seen pictures, and watched an episode of Blue Bloods where one call they received was of a hoarder. They portrayed that so well, the officers could barely traverse in the house. It just baffles me how someone can love old things so much they let it get to that extent.
