Why not? The power of friendship always makes things warmer.

Not all co-workers are necessarily friends, just for the record. In this case I am friends with her, but I wouldn't feel comfortable hugging her.

I think that's generally people's intentions, but it doesn't work like that in some cases.

Whats the point in that? I want to be liked by all, not hated. Leading them into pointless ways would just make them mad. I like making people happy.
