Not as quick as I'd like! It's just a side project and at the moment I don't have too much spare time. Also, it has taken over a year of my limited spare time to get truly comfortable with phpBBs almost obsolete templates and templating system. But I shouldn't complain too much, the theme I've got going now is looking pretty good and it is really satisfying to work with!

My thought exactly! phpBB is a quite powerful forum suit, but it just looks so horrendous

Hello Varlot. Nice to see that you are contributing to phpBB. They badly need some good themes.

I'm surprised phpBB is even still going considering how they're still on 3.3.

At this rate they need to just rebuild from the ground up with 4 and make it a modern piece of software.

They've had so many setbacks and a once large group of devs have seriously diminished in size the past few years. I don't think they know when it's going to be released themselves.
