If you dip a chip once and no one is around to see you dip a second time...do you do it?
 
What if you do a half a dip with the chip a second time so it's not really a "full" dip...is it still counted as a second dip?

Why though, since your not getting as much dip on the chip as you would if you dipped the chip all the way :shrug:

It's just if you do dip the chip a second time but it is only a half a dip you should still be entitled to a "third" dip...no?
