Good evening all! Just got in the door, and spent the last 4 hours in A&E having my neck checked as I was still in a lot of pain with it.

Seems it may have been a muscle spasm so I have strong pain killers and I need to do neck exercises and take it easy.

Sorry to hear you're having pain. I can sympathize with you as I had a muscle spasm in my back once and the pain was a 10+. Get well soon, Shortie!
