Hey guys. I'm really sad because my forum (7,000+ posts) got deleted accidentally and I can't back it up because phpMyAdmin gives an error code when I try... 🙁

I'm really sorry to hear about that. Have you tried all means? Contacting host, asking for help, etc.?
