YES! Yes, they are! :heart: How long did you have nap? I think it's most ideal around an hour.
 
I might take a nap soon. Probably going to have a 30 minute nap when I do.

Been having a wonderful day so far here. 🙂 Finally got to take off the plastic coverings to the incisions that were made into my left heel, and they look good.

That's great to hear! After surgery you may need to rest a bit more so healing will go better. Naps are wonderful anyway. 😛
