Gosh how long does it take to reset a damn laptop

waited two hours so far stuck on 99%

Never had anything stuck on a percentage point for a long time, since I had windows xp. 😀

I've got to get fixed both sound and the top and bottom covering.
Plus need to purchase Microsoft Office.

I need Microsoft Office too. I can't stand updating third party office programs that doesn't have automatic updates.
