How are you today?

Im good at the moment, though the heat got me a bit today. My job is that of an assistant cook, so I was in a hot environment sweating for more than 5 hours. Then I had to walk to get the bus in the heat, and the bus going to the closest stop near my house didn't have air conditioning on until after the guy started driving. So pretty much I have a couple of sore spots because of constant sweating, combined with my body trying to cool itself off with inadequate air conditioning.
