Pretty busy as well! I'm in Denver for more training for work at the moment, and I've been trying to get used to this place. Maybe it's all in my head, but breathing doesn't feel quite the same when you're a mile above sea level.

Elevation can definitely alter your breathing. I wouldn't focus on it all too much, you'll get used to it slowly as time goes. I dealt with the same change when going from far east to the far west here in Canada, also, the air was so dry I had to carry a survival pack of moisturizing products(lips, skin, eyes, etc.).

I think I was good for the most part today, so hopefully I'll be totally in the clear tomorrow. I've just been drinking lots of water. It's really easy to become dehydrated.
