It's sunny today, that makes a change! I'm looking forward to summer.

Well, pre-summer. May to June. Not I need an ice bath July-August-summer.

Good morning all, had about 12 hours sleep last night, having my usual for breakfast and my morning coffee.

Good afternoon all, having an iced maple syrup coffee and a rose hips and kombucha. Lunching out on a soup with bread crumbs. Going to therapy this afternoon.
