It certainly is! I can barely afford the basics, so luxuries are well beyond me right now.
My partner being gluten free already puts up the cost 🙁 Luckily we pay board at my parents so normal food is included and as they are both diabetic as well there is always plenty of good food.
Yeah, gluten free means finding a lot of expensive solutions. Glad you've got decent food included, though, that's a huge help!
It's as if the supermarkets take the piss out of those who are gluten free as they know regardless of how much they charge for the food people will buy it as that's all they can eat.
